AccessNorth reserves the right to remove any or all posts from our forum at our discretion.

Information Collection and Use
AccessNorth collects personal information when you register with us and when you apply for AccessNorth programs or services.

When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, etc. Once you register with AccessNorth and apply for our services, you are not anonymous to us.

• AccessNorth automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, AccessNorth cookie information, and the page you request.
• AccessNorth uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for programs and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
AccessNorth does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people and uses your data internally to provide programs or services you've requested. 

• AccessNorth may use information about you for various grant reporting activities grantors must comply with HIPAA  http://www.hhs.gov/news/facts/privacy.html standards and will not share this information.

Confidentiality and Security
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide programs or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

• We may share information about you with Minnesota DEED  http://www.deed.state.mn.us/rehab/index.htm or other funders, but ONLY in as much as it relates to information sharing agreements and contracts for the sole purpose of funding accountability.  If information about you is provided for this purpose, The funder will not share this information.
• We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
AccessNorth may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your AccessNorth account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
